Update & 2nd Refund Session Information ........

 

To all of our theatre show and festival customers, please read  we are 3 months away from our next event but we need you !

 

2020 SHOWS & FUTURE EVENTS

A massive thank you to all those who came along last week and collected from us. We totally respect your decision and circumstances for requesting refunds. It was heart-warming when people were explaining why. Nobody could have predicted this situation so thank you for your kind words, messages and emails in understanding why we were unable to get your refunds back to you sooner.

 

We must add that every email sent in was answered (please check that the email hasn’t gone to spam or junk folder – who knew!) and we have updated our websites and our own social media pages with news during lockdown from the very start so you were all aware of what was going on.

 

A lot of you have been asking if we are able to run our last 3 theatre shows of 2020. Here is the information and how we stand currently :

 

As we are still 3 months away from our next theatre show (Michael Jackson : Sat 26th Sept 2020) we are running the box office in anticipation that the 3 shows will go ahead as planned. We do however have to take into consideration the following factors :

 

The relevant guidelines set out by the government at that time

 

The viability of putting the show on against tickets sold. We run the shows on very tight margins by keeping the ticket prices as low as possible to make them accessible for everyone.

 

The rules in set out by the venue/theatre for visiting companies which we of course will adhere to.

 

We ask you all, whether you have been to one of our theatre shows before or not to purchase tickets and support our last 3 shows/events of the year. The box office is open and you can purchase tickets – please email us. By supporting the shows we can run them if the above factors allow us. Likewise if we are unable to run the shows as we get to each date for whatever reason you are safe in the knowledge you will of course get a full refund as we have done on the cancelled shows/events so far this year.

 

So many of you have said how much you enjoy them and how good the events are for the community and what a shame it is that we have had to cancel. All we ask is that you show your support whether that is for the theatre shows or for Isle Fest 2021. As we have always stated – if you support it we can continue. Its use it or lose it sadly - now more than ever.

 

Please talk to your friends, family, work colleagues, neighbours and spread the word. Thank you all once again.

ISLE FEST & THEATRE SHOW REFUND & TICKET EXCHANGE / BOX OFFICE UPDATE. Following on from our 1st refund session last Saturday we can announce we will be holding our 2nd refund session on :

 

Saturday 4th July  - 9.30am until 11.30am – Sheppey United FC, Queenborough Road, Halfway.

 

PLEASE BRING YOUR HARD COPY PAPER TICKETS AND YOUR OWN PEN TO SIGN FOR THE REFUND

PLEASE NOTE : WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND ON THE DAY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR HARD COPY PAPER TICKETS. If you have mislaid your tickets please email us :
